The Sentinel-5 Precursor (Sentinel-5P) Earth observation satellite developed by the European Space Agency as part of the Copernicus Programme has been attached to it's launcher ahead of liftoff. <br /> <br />Liftoff of the 'Rokot' is set for 09:27 UTC, October 13th 2017 from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in Russia.
