<p>A family that was evacuated from their home in Larkfield, California, to nearby Geyserville witnessed a huge fire tanker plane drop retardant on one of the wildfires spreading in that part of Sonoma County on October 11.</p><p>The family told Storyful that the same morning they filmed this video, they also learned that their own home in Santa Rosa was a complete loss.</p><p>Throughout the day they watched as fires progressed to get closer and closer to destroying homes.
