Ingredients: <br />Curd or Yoghurt - 2 tsp <br />Chilli powder - 1 tsp , Coriander powder - 1 tsp <br />Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp , Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp <br />Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp , Gram Flour - 1 tsp <br />Ginger -Garlic paste - 1 tsp <br />Salt and Oil - as needed <br />Tomato Puree - little , Lemon - Half <br />Paneer (Cottage cheese) - 100 gm <br />Capsicum or Bell peppers - 1 <br />Onion - 1 <br /> <br />Preparation : <br />Add all the ingredients to Curd or Yoghurt <br />Mix it well to make as thick paste <br />Add Paneer cubes followed by capsicum and <br />Onion, mix well to marinate for 30 minutes <br />Insert the paneer,capsicum and onion to the stick as shown <br />Arrange the tikka sticks to the hot pan and add oil <br />Fry the tikka sticks for 2 minutes each side <br />Paneer Tikka is now ready !
