Veg Pastries Recipe - Healthy airfryer method

Ingredients : <br /> <br />Potato - 2 <br />Carrot - 1 <br />Onion - 1 <br />Spinach leaves - few <br />Coriander leaves - few <br />Green chillies - 1 <br />Pepper - 1 tsp <br />Salt - little <br />Wheat flour - 1 cup <br />All purpose flour - 1 cup <br />Baking powder - 1/4 tsp <br />Cooking oil - as needed <br />Parsley & Origano - little <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />Mix Wheat flour, all purpose flour, Baking powder,salt, Parsley,Origano with 2 tsp of oil and little water. <br />Knead the mix as dough as shown and leave it to rest for 15-30 mins. <br />Boil and mash the potatoes as shown <br />Add finely chopped vegetables & green chilly to the mashed potato <br />Add salt and pepper as you need <br />Mix it well without adding any water <br />Roll the dough to small sheets as shown <br />Stuff the veg mix in the dough sheets to any shape of your choice <br />Coat it with little oil and place in airfryer or oven. <br />Cook it for 5 minutes each side at 180 degrees. <br />Your healthy veg pastries are ready..
