A group of good samaritans on Friday pulled a woman from her car which was being swept away by flash floods in Bangalore, India.<br /><br />A group of onlookers noticed the car, which was stranded, on a flooded road on the outskirts of the city. <br /><br />The strong currents were pulling the car towards a huge storm drain.<br /><br />In a video from the spot, the onlookers can be heard wondering if there was anyone inside. <br /><br />One of them notices that there is indeed a woman inside and raises the alarm. <br /><br />The group is initially reluctant to step into water as the current is too strong and the drain too close. <br /><br />But one of them plunges in prompting several others to follow. <br /><br />They approach the car, open the door, and come back with a woman - terrified but lucky to be saved in the nick of time.<br /><br />Bangalore, like many parts of India, has been receiving record rain this year. <br /><br />The city was lashed by heavy downpour on October 13 evening, which flooded the roads.
