One of Islamic State's most prominent commanders, Gulmurod Khalimov is believed to be among 40 ISIS fighters killed as a result of a Russian airstrike near the Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor. <br /><br />Another ISIS member, confirmed dead in the strike, is Abu Mohammed al-Shishali, he's of Saudi Arabian origin and was ISIS's finance chief.
