As India gears up to celebrate popular festival Diwali, a huge blaze broke out at a fireworks market. <br /><br />Crackers at a shop exploded after catching fire accidentally. The fire spread to adjoining shops engulfing the entire market and its explosive cargo in flames. <br /><br />The sound of explosions and the heavy smoke arising from the fire could be seen from miles away. <br /><br />News 18 reported that the incident occurred at the fireworks market in Wada town of Maharashtra.<br /><br />While traders suffered a heavy financial loss, no one was injured in the incident as people in the vicinity managed to get away on time.<br /><br />Officials in India ensure that shops selling fire-crackers are set up on empty plots of land away from residential or other commercial areas to minimise damage in case of mishap.
