Video has emerged from Galway Bay of swimmers taking a dip in the Atlantic has Storm Opheilia struck the coast of Ireland.<br /><br />In video filmed on Monday morning (October 16), a man can be seen swimming at Salthill, Galway Bay.<br /><br />Says filmer Ryan Crowell: "I actually swim from that tower myself regularly.
