Footage has emerged of people forming a human chain to help put out a fire in the city of Vigo.<br /><br />The video, captured on October 15 in Galicia, northern Spain, shows dozens of people getting water from a drain and carrying it in barrels.<br /><br />According to reports, there are 125 active fires raging across the Spanish region where four people died.
