Video has emerged of a man trying to test the strength of Storm Ophelia's wind in Ireland's County Laois using a parachute-like device.<br /><br />The experiment, filmed on Monday afternoon (October 16), didn't go as expected, with the man at one point being pulled along the ground by the force of the winds.
