<p>Kailyn Lowry</a> is about to give birth at any moment on Teen Mom 2!</p><br /><p>In a sneak peek for tonight’s episode, the reality star was on a tropical vacation with her boys, Isaac and Lincoln, when some pregnancy complications started happening! “My swelling is getting worse, but a doctor is on the way,” Kailyn said in a voice-over. “I’m really worried I might have preeclampsia. It’s a pregnancy complication that causes high blood pressure.” She added that if she does have it, she might be delivering the baby in St. Thomas!</p><br /><p>The doctors began explaining asking her questions regarding her pregnancy and why she is at high risk. In a heartbreaking statement she confessed to them, “I’ve had multiple miscarriages.”</p><br /><p>The doctor began explaining that her blood pressure should be taken, because preeclampsia is a “risk to both” her and the baby. “It’s a risk to you and your life if you end up with preeclampsia. Your option would be to go to St. Thomas emergency room.”</p><br /><p>Watch the scary clip above!
