How I Increased My Vertical Jump By 13+ Inches! (Dunk Training Workout)

Click here to see that video!\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>Here are some main notes from the video you just watched.\r<br>\r<br>Schedule:\r<br>Sunday: Jump Training\r<br>Monday: Back\r<br>Tuesday: Jump Training\r<br>Wednesday: Chest\r<br>Thursday: Stretch\r<br>Friday: Legs\r<br>Saturday: Shoulders and Arms\r<br>*Feel free to customize this. Change it up, add stuff, but dont forget to add sprint days as well as add core exercises.\r<br>\r<br>If you are stumped on what to do on the days I dont go into detail on, look up Best (Insert Body Part Here) Workout on Google. I like to use for my workouts! \r<br>\r<br>Here is my Jump Training workout:\r<br>1. Basketball Warm-Up and Stretch\r<br>2. Box Jump (3 sets, 15 reps)\r<br>3. Jump Rope (3 sets, 1 minute)*\r<br>4. One Leg Rim Touches (3 sets, 15 jumps each leg)\r<br>5. Plyometric Squat Jumps (3 sets, 30 reps)\r<br>6. Dumbbell Calf Raises (3 sets, 50 reps)\r<br>7. Dumbbell Squats (3 sets, 10 reps)\r<br>8. Unweighted Calf Raises (500 reps!!!)\r<br>9. Go try to dunk! :)\r<br>*use 3 variations: double leg, right leg, left leg\r<br>\r<br>Keep up with the workouts! You will dunk eventually if you keep at it, keep eating right, and keep motivating yourself!
