Robredo hopes rights issue won’t strain PH-EU ties

In a speech delivered on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017, at the EU-Philippines Business Summit, Vice President Leni Robredo said she hoped the issue on human rights wouldn’t strain relations between the Philippines and European Union.
