<p>This digger helped take care of the build-up of ice in the water at Okaru, Japan, in order to get rid of the seven metres of snow in the area.</p><p>This is what uploader Alexander Davey told Storyful about the unusual event: “(During) Winter in Otaru, Japan (on the North Island of Hokkaido), it snows up to seven metres per season up there and as a result, they have some very interesting methods for getting rid of the snow.
