Remarkable footage has emerged showing thick fog and smog smothering skyscrapers in northeastern China.<br /><br />The video, shot in Xingtai City in Hebei Province on October 19, shows a blanket of fog and smog covering the city, while tall buildings can be seen poking thorough.<br /><br />According to local reports, the lowest visibility was less than 200 metres.
