<p>Kourtney Kardashian</a> was spotted Friday in Beverly Hills getting a stern talking to by a parking enforcement officer. Kourtney 38, and fellow reality star Larsa Pippen</a>, 43, had just parked their car and looked ready to take off for a fun outing when the officer approached.</p><br /><p>The officer directed their attention to the sign that was plainly visible saying they could not park there. He warned Kourtney that if she did, she would get a ticket. That was enough for Kourt, and she and The Real Housewives of Miami</a> star got back in their car to find another spot.</p><br /><p>The officer was clearly annoyed with the paparazzi</a> who were of course, snapping away the entire time. He turned around and gave them an exacerbated look before walking away.</p><br /><p>The reality divas were out running errands in the posh Los Angeles neighborhood. They were spotted earlier fueling up at Alfred Coffee and Kitchen and stopping by a doctor’s office. Amid pregnancy rumors</a>, Kourt was sporting white pants and a crop top that highlighted her toned tummy.
