Quite a few players had been asking about my squardron formation in the Command missions: I always go as Tank, then my trusty healer and two Archers as DPS... Barrage ftw. Can also use NIN-ARC as an alternative. Gear glamour is the Dreadwyrm set with Butcher's Crown.
