Hope you enjoy my video on how to cook authentic Mexican Rice! \r<br>\r<br>Make sure to give check out my Alyssas family channel and show her some love. \r<br>\r<br>\r<br>Recipe: \r<br>In a blender combine the follow:\r<br>2 1/2 tomatoes\r<br>1/4 onion (I use the yellow ones)\r<br>1 garlic clove\r<br>1 tablespoon of Knorr Tomato flavor Bouillon\r<br>1 tablespoon of Knorr Chicken flavor Bouillon\r<br>After well blended add 1/4 teaspoon of salt\r<br>\r<br>In a skillet add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Once the oil is heated add 2 cups of white rice. \r<br>Make sure to constantly move the rice around to avoid getting burned. Once the rice is golden then add your blender mixture.\r<br>Give it a quick stir to make sure the rice is all even in the skillet. Then cover your skillet. Turn the heat down to a medium heat.\r<br>IT IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO REOPEN YOUR SKILLET. \r<br>Let it cook for around 20 mins then go take a look it should be raising.
