Rex Tillerson makes unannounced trips to Afghanistan and Iraq

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has made an unannounced visit to Iraq to hold talks with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.<br />Tillerson has called for the Iran-backed militias to be sent home.<br /><br />
