An amazing video of four sophomores from Hefei Normal University making an evening gown from 2000 leaves.<br /><br />In the footage, captured in Hefei City in eastern China's Anhui Province on October 22, the yellow evening gown made from leaves is presented on a woman walking on the side of a lake in campus.<br /><br />The prototype of the leave dress is the 'imperial robe' worn by a famous Chinese actress Fan Bingbing at Cannes Film Festival. <br /><br />Four biotechnological students collected more than 6000 leaves and used around 2000 of them to make the dress in six months.<br /><br />They used an alkaline solution to dry out the leaves making them easier to use int heir project.
