You'd better sign this paperwork — or else!<br /><br />A creepy-looking, Russian robot recently delivered a budget report on behalf of the Leningrad regional government, sporting a Lil Yachty-like head of pink wires and a suit and tie. The robot also had a formal meeting with the head of local parliament.<br /><br />Leningrad Gov. Alexander Drozdenko said he was taking electronic delivery a step beyond online orders. But with the way this robot looks, it could have been a scare tactic instead.
