<p>Strong winds and heavy rain hit parts of the northeast US coast on Sunday, October 29, on the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Sandy.</p><p>Heavy rain fell across New Jersey on Sunday, with up to 20 towns and cities warned to expect flooding as a result, according to local reports</a>.</p><p>The storm was in part being fed by moisture from Tropical Storm Philippe, which dissipated in the Atlantic after sweeping over southern Florida, according to Fox5</a>.
