Hi,\r<br>Welcome to another session of Easy and healthy.. \r<br>If you are fond of Indian cooking so you are in correct .. Gulab jamun is delicacy of India. so Ingredients are as follows..\r<br>\r<br>Milk powder ( semi skimmed or full cream ) : 1 cup ( 250 ml cup)\r<br>Milk: half cup\r<br>Butter: 1/4th cup (60 ml cup)\r<br>Maida or all purpose flour : 5-6 spoon (7.5 ml)\r<br>For syrup\r<br>White sugar: 2 cups (250 ml cup size)\r<br>Water: 1 cup\r<br>Small 1/4th tes spoon cardamom powder I grind seeds with two tablespoon of sugar\r<br>\r<br>First boil milk and butter together then mix milk powder and stir it thoroughly.. When all milk is dried keep it for cooling. After cooling it mix 5 spoon (not heaped on leveled) in to the khoa.. Knead properly and if it is dry you can mix few spoons of milk.. make a soft dough.. \r<br>\r<br>For sugar syrup:\r<br>Add sugar and water in a pan and bring to boil in another 10 minutes you can see the consistency of the syrup. this is not very thick or thin.. almost 1/2 thread consistency.. \r<br>Frying\r<br>make little ball from dough and fry in hot oil in medium flame.. \r<br>then dip them in sugar syrup.\r<br>Enjoy them after 5 hours. I will suggest you to bring them to boil before serve so they will become more soft...\r<br>\r<br>See you again
