Who's a spooky doggy?<br /><br />It's that time of year when pet owners go a little crazy, parading their dogs in costumes around the world, from Peru to New York City. Enthusiastic owners don costumes to really match their pets. <br /><br />And they aren't the only ones getting in on the fun. Cats are dressed in purrrrrrty outfits, which most wore...pretty indifferently. Unlike the cats, the eager-to-please pups seem like they just want to have fun.<br /><br />Good dog!
