<p>A number of people died in a 14-vehicle collision on a highway in Ontario, Canada, late on Tuesday, October 31, local police said</a>.</p><p>This video, taken by an onlooker on Highway 400 between Highways 88 and 89 near Bradford West Gwillimbury, showed flames erupting from the scene.</p><p>The road was closed while emergency services attended the crash.
