<p>Police made a series of arrests in October and November in relation to dangerous driving by various people in north Melbourne, releasing footage on November 2 showing the behaviour of “hoon” drivers recorded by police air wing.</p><p>An anti-hoon taskforce was responsible for the arrests of two men from Caroline Springs on November 2, police said</a>.
