Brett Ratner is taking legal action against the one of the women who accused him of sexual harassment.<br /><br />According to Variety, the 48-year-old director has filed a defamation lawsuit against Melanie Kohler, who said on Facebook that Brett had raped her in the mid-2000’s.<br /><br />She penned her story more than a week before the LA Times published the report of six women detailing how Ratner sexually harassed or assaulted them.<br /><br />In Kohler’s post, she claimed Ratner was a rapist on at least one night in Hollywood about 12 years ago, adding that the director preyed on her as a drunk girl.<br /><br />Ratner’s attorney describe Kohler’s accusations as libel per se, telling TMZ that her claims were entirely false, fabricated, and fictional.<br /><br />Now we’re left to wonder if he will be filing lawsuits against the five other women.<br />
