<br /> <p>In a stunt that he had been planning “for months,” Newcastle man Craig Tampin</a> proposed to his Welsh girlfriend Danielle Shaw</a> on November 1 via an unexpected trailer before a screening of Thor: Ragnarok.</p><p>Shaw, who has been with Tampin for almost three years, was sitting beside him when he appeared on screen, checked how his hair looked on camera and then went about his proposal.</p><p>Tampin first proposed to the pregnant Shaw in her native Welsh (alluding to the the similarity between their Welsh/English long-distance love story and the hit BBC comedy show Gavin & Stacey</a> in his on-screen speech), before he hammered home the message with a baby-themed English language proposal.</p><p>Tampin told local press</a>, "I think it went better than I could have hoped. I was getting more and more nervous as the time approached though. I was thinking; ‘Why have I done this?’ I don’t really get nervous but that is the worst I have ever been.
