Alec Baldwin is calling out himself for the way he’s treated women in the past.<br /><br />The 30 Rock star reportedly told the audience at The Paley Center for Media that he has certainly treated women in a very sexist way.<br /><br />He said he’s bullied women, overlooked women, and underestimated women from time to time. He added that he’s from a generation that really doesn’t treat women the same way men are treated and he’d really like to change that.<br /><br />Baldwin called for reform, not only to make the entertainment industry right and fair, but to increase productivity.<br /><br />His statements come in the wake of numerous sexual assault allegations made against Hollywood bigwigs like Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Brett Ratner, James Toback, and Jeremy Piven.<br /><br />And the number of accusers has made it well into the hundreds.<br />
