Footage of a couple being caught after they stole two macaques at She Mountain, to keep them as pets.<br /><br />The video, filmed in Shanghai on October 20, shows a woman coming out of a minibus holding two macaques. <br /><br />Police found that the woman carried the animals in the vehicle during a routine check. <br /><br />The woman claimed that the monkeys were her pets, but she couldn't provide feeding proof.<br /><br />According to reports, the woman and her husband caught the endangered creatures at the She Mountain tourist attraction.<br /><br />The couple might face at most five-year imprisonment or detention as well as paying a fine.
