Only the best water was good enough for this cat - who climbed up to pour himself a fresh cup from a dispenser. <br /><br />The fussy three-year-old moggy shunned his usual bowl shared with other pets and pounced up onto the sideboard where the machine was kept.<br /><br />The clever cat, named Lord, was filmed pressing his paw against the button causing a trickle of water to fill the small mug.<br /><br />Naturally though, he was still dismissive and after a few sips turned up his nose to scamper away to his bed at his home neat Taipei, Taiwan.<br /><br />Owner Deborah Hsieh, who filmed the scene earlier this year in April, said: ‘’My family’s cat thinks he’s ‘God’ and must drink clean water, the best water there is. <br /><br />‘’He did not want to share a bowl with the other animals so it had to have its own water. <br /><br />‘’This is a smart cat, sometimes I think there’s a human inside there it’s so clever. He even knew not to press the button for hot water and to stop when the cup was full before it overflowed.’'
