Green Tikka Masala Recipe By Food Fusion <br /> <br />Chicken Tikka 4 pieces <br /> <br />Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) grinded 1 bunch <br /> <br />Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs <br /> <br />Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs <br /> <br />Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 & ½ tsp <br /> <br />Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 2 tbs <br /> <br />Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp <br /> <br />Garam masala powder ½ tsp <br /> <br />Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste <br /> <br />Lemon juice 2-3 tbs <br /> <br />Oil 3 tbs Pani (Water) as required <br /> <br />Green Masala Sauce: <br /> <br />Oil 4 tbs <br /> <br />Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) grinded 1 bunch <br /> <br />Hari mirch (Green chilies) crushed 5-6 <br /> <br />Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 5-6 tbs <br /> <br />Garam masala powder ½ tsp <br /> <br />Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste <br /> <br />Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp <br /> <br />Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp <br /> <br />Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp <br /> <br />Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke <br /> <br />Directions: <br /> <br />Add marks/cuts on chicken tikka pieces. <br /> <br />In bowl,add coriander,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste,green chili,cumin powder,garam masala powder,salt,lemon juice and mix well. <br /> <br />Add chicken tikka pieces and coat well. <br /> <br />Cover and let it marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight in refrigerator. <br /> <br />Option no.1: Grill <br /> <br />Grease grill pan with oil,place marinated chicken tikka pieces and grill for 4-5 minutes each side. <br /> <br />Sprinkle water,cover and cook on low flame until done. <br /> <br />Option no.2: Steam <br /> <br />Put chicken tikka pieces into aluminum foil,basting with marinade and wrap it. <br /> <br />Add water in a pot,place steam rack and bring it to boil. <br /> <br />Place wrap piece in steamer rack over water. <br /> <br />Cover and let it steam cook for 20-25 minutes or until done. <br /> <br />Option no.3: Bake <br /> <br />Place chicken tikka piece in greased baking tray and brush chicken tikka piece with oil. <br /> <br />Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes. <br /> <br />Green Masala Sauce: <br /> <br />In wok,add oil,fresh coriander,green chilies and mix well. <br /> <br />Add yogurt,garam masala powder,salt,cumin powder,black pepper powder,nutmeg powder and mix well. <br /> <br />Cook for 2 minutes or until oil separates and mix well continuously. <br /> <br />Add all cooked chicken tikka pieces,mix & coat well with green masala sauce. <br /> <br />Give it a charcoal smoke for 2-3 minutes and serve. <br /> <br />Follow our channel for new learning video: http://www.dailymotion.com/food1fusion <br /> <br />Our other Social Media: <br /> <br />Facebook: https://goo.gl/Ncinwc <br /> <br />Instagram: https://goo.gl/CGcZyz <br /> <br />Twitter: https://goo.gl/SQZ7my <br /> <br />website : https://goo.gl/eiohEf
