MCA president Liow Tiong Lai today dismissed Dr Mahathir Mohamad's 22-year record as prime minister, describing him as a leader who had failed and is now leading the opposition coalition which he referred to as "Pakatan Jahat". <br /> <br />Liow, addressing delegates at the 64th MCA annual general assembly (AGM), also took aim at MCA's direct rival DAP, questioning why its parliamentary leader Lim Kit Siang had endorsed Mahathir.
