<br /> <p>This koala, with the very imaginative name Boatie McBoatface, was rescued from Boat Harbour in Port Stephens. Despite having a broken leg from being hit by a car, Boatie was tucking into a huge meal of gum leaves with plenty of enthusiasm.</p><p>Wildlife carers at the facility said Boatie was being kept comfortable while under veterinary treatment, but you wouldn’t know that he was under the weather, watching this video!</p><p>Save the Koala</a> lists cars as one of the main threats to koalas’ welfare.
