Footage has emerged of severe floods in Vietnam in the wake of Damrey typhoon that left 61 dead.<br /><br />The video, captured on November 6, shows vehicles struggling to drive on a major highway completely submerged.<br /><br />During Typhoon Damrey landfall, the 12th major storm to hit Vietnam this year, 2,000 homes have collapsed and at least 80,000 have been damaged.<br /><br />28 people have been reported missing.
