<p>The Syrian government and its allies discovered a workshop where Islamic State forces made mines and car bombs in the Al-Roshidiya neighborhood of Deir Ezzor on November 5.</p><p>In this video, an Islamic State flag is draped on a heavily altered vehicle with armored sides.
