Four nuclear-capable ballistic missiles were personally launched by Russian President Vladimir Putin himself, according to the Kremlin<br /><br />The launch was part of a series of strategic nuclear tests done by the country. Putin is believed to have launched Russia's new Satan 2 missile, which Moscow claims can "wipe out a country." The Kremlin wouldn't specify what role Putin played in the launch, but confirmed he observed proper launch protocol.<br /><br />The announcement comes amid rising global tension, as the U.S. and North Korea threaten each other with nuclear war.
