I read a book "The E myth Revisited" by Michael E Gerber 10 years ago. This book made a big difference in my life and helped me to build my business. It was truly honor to have Michael on "The Real Deal in Real Estate" TV Show. Here a couple of simple but profound thoughts he shared: <br />"The difference between an entrepreneur and mom-and-pop real estate investors is ability to build the systems and processes. To build a business you need to create a system so simple that anybody on a planet can apply it, that enables other people to succeed." <br />An Entrepreneur has ability to grow exponentially, mom-and- pop shops don't have that ability. It depends on mom and pop doing it and being busy, busy, busy...." <br /> <br />"Every great company is built on a mission , purpose and vision . Discover your purpose, vision and then pursue your dreams to build a great company".
