The NBA has been doing games in Shanghai during preseason, and college has followed suit. The UCLA Bruins are set to open their season against Georgia Tech on Sunday in Shanghai, but may have to do so without several of their players, most notably LiAngelo Ball, who were put behind bars after shoplifting.
