A rally driver in Portugal nearly wiped out in order to save the little dog who wandered into his path.<br /><br />Competing in the Portuguese Constalica Rallye Vouzela, the rally driver suddenly crossed paths with a dog. In a split-second decision, he was able to turn his car, giving the dog a chance to run away.<br /><br />Dogs have often wandered into the rally's path. In an earlier rally, a dog was nearly run over before being saved by a bump in the road. <br /><br />Cats may have nine lives, but some of these dogs have at least two.
