This is the shocking moment a UK woman on a mobility scooter was sent flying through the air - after she collided with a car. <br /><br />Miraculously the woman in her 50s survived the smash and was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries. <br /><br />The video, from October 2016 in Hornchurch appears to show her rolling into the road on her scooter from behind a parked bus, with the bright lights shining out ahead. <br /><br />But a car travelling towards the bus doesn't spot her until it is too late - and smashes straight into the woman and her scooter before either has time to swerve.
