In this video, Iv share the whole process from cut to stitch and start to finish this beautiful winter umbrella frock. \r
\r
Following the same method, you can make a beautiful Anarkali suit for yourself. Fabric would be more opulent and rich for a fine Anarkali dress. You may add any embroideries, neck designs, beads and interesting trimmings to make your dress looks more attrive.\r
\r
Steps are :-\r
1. Cut bodice - front & back together as explained.\r
\r
2.Cut Sleeves. You can make this dress even without sleeves.\r
\r
3. Cut the Skirt. You need to fold a big square of a fabric, as you fold your handkerchief.\r
\r
- If you are short of fabric (as shown in this video) width wise, you need to add a joint. That joint would be on selvedge as shown.\r
\r
-Length of this skirt would be as you want from waist till ankle length or desired length.\r
\r
-Waist round of skirt should be equal to the bodice waist. If it is more, you can make a few small pleats while joining bodice to the skirt.\r
\r
4. You can make any neck design. You can watch my other videos to get an idea.\r
\r
5 Join sleeves.\r
\r
6. Join Bodice with skirt & your dress is ready.
