The annual Congregation of Giarwheen Sharif, which is the biggest ceremony of Giarwheen Sharif in the world conducted by International Spiritual Movement Anjuman Serfaroshan-e-Islam. This event was inaugurated by His Holiness Sayyedna Riaz Ahmed Gohar Shahi (MZA) in 1980 and since then it is held annually with due zeal and fervor.
