This inventive cyclist was fed-up with floods - and built himself a double-decker bike. <br /><br />Coffee shop owner Chan Pengpen, 38, welded together two old bicycles to form the bizarre contraption. <br /><br />He joked that it helps him negotiate floods in his home town in Sakon Nakhon, northeastern Thailand. <br /><br />Chan said: ''Now my legs don't get wet if I ride through floods. It is fun riding this but I cannot stay up there for a long time. It's very wobbly.''
