<p>The US Pacific Fleet published aerial footage on November 12 that was described as showing part of what the US Navy</a> described as a “rare” maritime exercise involving three aircraft carriers.</p><p>The USS Ronald Reagan, USS Nimitz, and USS Theodore Roosevelt all took part in the exercise, which was said to have occurred in the Western Pacific Ocean, along with a number of vessels from the Japanese Maritime Self-Defence Force.</p><p>“It is a rare opportunity to train with two aircraft carriers together, and even rarer to be able to train with three,” said U.S. Pacific Fleet Commander, Adm.
