<p>Rudaw News presenter Hiwa Jamal was interviewing Ismail Namiq, Kurdish Gorran Movement member of parliament from Sulaymaniyah, when a magnitude 7.3 earthquake</a> struck near the Iraq-Iran border in northeastern Iraq.</p><p>Rudaw’s headquarters is in Erbil and Gorran Movement’s is in Sulaymaniyah, both in northeast Iraq. The men paused as the buildings they were in visibly shook.</p><p>The quake was felt as far away as Qatar.
