<p>Thick smog continued to envelope New Delhi on Monday, November 1, after a slight improvement early in the weekend.</p><p>The poor visibility caused the delay of at least 69 trains, with 22 rescheduled and eight cancelled, The Statesman reported. Delhi Minister Gopal Rai</a> said the capital was in touch with environmental scientists and was closely monitoring the situation.</p><p>The air quality index (AQI) stood at 468 on Monday.
