<p>Jessica Biel </a>allegedly stole tips from two more of her ‘Au Fudge’ restaurant employees, sources have revealed.</p><br /><p>Her former employees Mark Broadbent and Corey Page added their names to an amended complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this month, according to documents.</p><br /><p>The original million-dollar lawsuit was filed in September.</p><br /><p>Nine employees who claimed she pocketed their tips worth $430,100 and violated rest break laws filed the original suit. The disgruntled workers want $1 million in damages.</p><br /><p>She has not publicly acknowledged the suit yet, but insiders say that the stress is affecting her home life </a>with Justin Timberlake</a> and son Silas.</p><br /><p>“Justin’s been trying to lift her spirits but she’s gotten very little sleep and is glued to her work emails and phone while this mess is sorted out,” an insider said.</p><br /><p>“This is a very difficult time for her and Justin, for sure.”</p><br /><p>Biel is due in court for a case management conference on January 17, 2018 – just two weeks before her husband Timberlake’s Super Bowl performance.</p><br /><p>The post Jessica Biel Hit With Lawsuit Claiming She Stiffed Employee Tips At Her Restaurant!</a> appeared first on Star Magazine</a>.</p><br />
