<p>Kelly Dodd</a> is finally ready to proceed with her divorce from Michael, sources can exclusively reveal.</p><br /><p>The reality star, 42, filed for an attorney substitution on Nov. 13 — the same day the RHOC finale aired, according to an Orange County Supreme Court docket.</p><br /><p>The paperwork was added as part of Kelly and Michael’s divorce case from 2012, which was put on hold in 2014.</p><br /><p>Michael, 58, and Kelly attempted to split before joining Bravo, but Kelly admitted that she called it off because the process was a “nightmare.”</p><br /><p>Michael accused Kelly of ditching their daughter Jolie to party during the divorce proceedings,</a> and he even attempted to get a restraining order against her.</p><br /><p>That case was dropped after she attended 10 Alcoholics Anonymous classes.</p><br /><p>Kelly declared that their marriage was over again in September,</a> just days Newport Beach police were called to their home six times in three days.</p><br /><p>They have since sold the home and sources say Kelly and her daughter were set to move in with her cousin.</p><br /><p>The post RHOC Star Kelly Dodd Finally Ready To Proceed With Her Divorce!</a> appeared first on Star Magazine</a>.</p><br />
