Video has emerged of a six-year-old boy getting excited as he receives surprise tickets for a Spurs match at Wembley.<br /><br />The footage, captured at a home in London, shows the 6-year-old unfolding a Tottenham scarf and finding tickets to see his favourite football team. <br /><br />''These tickets were gifted to us as my partner is currently undergoing treatment for aggressive breast cancer,'' the father later wrote online.<br /><br />''His reaction gave us such a massive boost and it was wonderful to spend some quality time together as a family.''<br /><br />''For a brief moment all of our cancer worries went away,'' he added.<br /><br />The tickets were for Spurs' home match against Crystal Palace on November 5.
